一、 基本情况:
苏州科技大学数理学院教授、副院长,江苏省物理学会“新能源物理专业委员会”委员。2007年7月毕业于复旦大学物理系凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位。导师:杨中芹教授/王迅教授(中科院院士)。2006.02-2006.05访问意大利国家材料物理研究院,2007.08-2008.08台湾交通大学博士后,2013.04-2014.04访问美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校(UT@ Austin)物理系Allan MacDonald 教授(美国科学院院士)。2012年获评光学工程硕士生导师。指导硕士研究生4名。2014年入选江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人,2016年获江苏省高校科学技术研究成果奖(自然科学奖)三等奖(排名第一)。

二、主要研究领域及学术成就:
长期从事计算凝聚态物理领域研究工作,主要基于密度泛函理论(DFT)用第一性原理方法研究:(1)ABO3型钙钛矿结构过渡金属氧化物的体材料性质,以及静水压、外延应变、氧空位、掺杂引起的结构相变、电子结构和磁性质的变化;(2)过渡金属氧化物表面和界面电子重构;(3)纳米隧道结输运性质。目前研究方向:新型光伏材料与器件设计。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目2项(2013-2015;2014-2016);主持完成国家重点实验室开放课题1 项(2012-2014)。在研主持江苏省高等学校自然科学研究重大项目(2017-2020)。主编《数学物理方法》教材一部(高等教育出版社,2014年)。在Applied Physics Letters、Physical Review B等学术期刊发表SCI收录论文30余篇,被Advanced Materials、Advanced Energy Materials、Nano Letters、Physical Review Letters等学术期刊引用300余次,其中关于镧锶锰氧的应变和氧空位效应研究的2篇论文被引用122次,单篇论文最高被引用66次。2010年指导本科生毕业论文获江苏省优秀毕业论文二等奖,2011年指导本科生物理及实验作品创新竞赛获江苏省一等奖,2013年指导本科生第十三届“挑战杯”获江苏省一等奖、全国二等奖。
