一、基本情况
德国洪堡学者、江苏省333工程和六大人才高峰入选者

1996-2000年于燕山大学材料系本科学习
2000-2005年于浙江大学材料系研究生学习,获博士学位(与中国科学院物理研究所联合培养)
2006-2012年先后在德国莱比锡大学、美国Duquesne大学和加拿大McMaster大学从事博士后研究

二、主要研究领域及学术成就
长期从事磁性、太阳能电池、热电等新材料的探索研究。提出价电子密度可作为室温磁制冷材料的调控手段,收录在国际权威的学术著作《Handbook of the Physics and Chemistry of Rare Earths》中。利用磁性和电性的分离控制调控稀磁半导体的物性,结果入选英国物理学会2012年度的“IOP精选”。在Phys. Rev. Lett.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等专业期刊发表SCI论文70余篇。主持国家和江苏省自然科学基金项目。J. Appl. Phys.、J. Phys.-Condens Mat.、J. Alloys Compd.、Chin. Phys. Lett./B等期刊审稿人。曾获浙江省科学技术一等奖。
